秋风和煦，10月16日，2026新哲文院新一届家委会启航仪式温情启幕。校领导与新一届校级、各学部家委代表齐聚一堂，怀揣着用心托举孩子成长的共同心愿，开启家校协同育人的崭新篇章。

Education is never a solo effort by school alone. Children’s growth is nurtured half by campus and half by families. As a solid bond for home‑school collaboration, Sendelta Parents‑Support Association (PSA) conveys parents’ voices as well as the school’s educational philosophy. Aligned goals and mutual trust build a promising future for students.

On October 16, amid mild autumn breezes, the inauguration ceremony for Sendelta’s 2026 new‑term PSA kicked off warmly. School administrators and newly‑elected PSA representatives from school‑level and all divisions gathered, sharing the common aspiration to support student growth, and opening a new chapter of home‑school joint education.

2026届新一届家委会的组织架构成型。随着各学部规模不断扩大，本届家委会在过往积淀之上创新升级，搭建起“校级统筹、学部落地、班级触达”的三级贯通家校架构。

校级家委会把握整体方向与规则；AP高中、新哲实验ALevel、雅博学院、国际初中四大学部分别设立学部家委，由主任、副主任、秘书长及学术支持、成长关怀、活动策划、沟通宣传、后勤保障五大专项小组组成，承接日常家校工作；班级家委打通家校沟通的“最后一公里”，实现信息双向传递，做到不越级、不脱节。

从校级到学部，再落到每一个班级，一张细密完整的家校沟通网络就此成型。让家长的声音有处安放，让学校的育人工作收获来自家庭的有力支撑。

The organizational structure of the 2026 new‑term PSA is finalized. With expanding divisions, the PSA has innovated and upgraded its framework based on past experience, establishing a three‑tier system: school‑level overall coordination, division‑level implementation, and class‑level outreach.

The school‑level PSA sets overall strategies and rules. Four divisions — AP High School, Sendelta A‑Level, Yabo Academy and International Middle School — each run their divisional PSA teams, composed of directors, deputy directors, secretaries and five special‑task groups: Academic Support, Student Wellbeing, Event Planning, Communication & Publicity, and Logistics Support, to handle daily home‑school work. Class‑level parent representatives close the final communication gap, enabling two‑way information flow without overstepping or disconnection.

A complete, well‑knitted home‑school communication network is formed from school to divisions down to every class. Parents’ voices are well‑heard, and school education gains strong backing from families.

执行会长黄丽霞将装满过往点滴的纪念相册送到三位荣誉会长手中，相册里封存着无数珍贵的活动瞬间。

当相册递出，不少在场家委红了眼眶——离别的是孩子，留下的是传承。孩子已经毕业离开校园，但那份对学校、对后辈学子的牵挂，从未退场。往届家委留下的经验、热忱与奉献精神，也顺着这本相册，传递给新一届的接力者。

正如许盛贵校长所言，我们这支家委队伍既关注工作与成长，更关注每一位成员，是一个充满温暖、合作愉快的团队。

Warmth filled the venue as school leaders presented appointment certificates to new PSA members at school and division levels.

Thin yet weighty, each certificate stands for school recognition and the profound trust of all parents. Accepting the certificate means committing time and energy for the growth of every student.

Former PSA members Zhang Pengfei, Liang Ju and Li Xin were appointed Honorary Presidents in a special tribute segment.

Executive President Huang Lixia presented a memory album filled with precious event snapshots to the three Honorary Presidents.

Many PSA members were moved to tears. While their children have graduated, their legacy lives on. Graduating students leave campus, yet their care for the school and younger peers remains. Experience, passion and dedication of past PSA members are passed on to the new cohort through this album.

As Executive Principal Xu Shenggui commented, our PSA team values both deliverables and every individual member, making it a warm, collaborative community.

现场，新哲家委历史上首面家委会旗帜正式亮相。

校领导将承载着责任与担当的家委旗帜，郑重交到张良崇会长与黄丽霞执行会长手中。旗帜挥舞，标志着新一届家委会正式扬帆起航。

许盛贵校长致辞表示，新哲家委有才华、有资源、有热心、有担当，历届贡献卓著，对此深表感谢。新一届家委队伍不断壮大，传承相册见证温情与凝聚。经过家校共同努力，学校稳步发展进入良性阶段。期待未来家委更多聚焦教学与学术核心，家校高效沟通、协同共进，让家校合作锦上添花。

现场尤为动人的一幕，是一场爱心交接——2026届毕业生捐赠仪式。毕业生家长代表张鹏飞先生、梁举女士，将毕业季留存下来的爱心资金，交接给新一届家委会，完成家校爱心的接力传承。

“孩子毕业了，但和新哲的关系会一直传承下去；学校有需要，我们一定全力支持。希望将毕业学子的心意传承给现在或者将来的学弟学妹，给他们带去力量。”

张鹏飞荣誉会长的话，道出了众多老家委的心声，让“一日新哲人，一生新哲情”有了具象的表达。哪怕孩子已经奔赴更远的求学前路，家长依旧愿意把善意留在校园，为在校的学弟学妹多尽一份力。这份跨越届别的温情，深深打动了在场每一个人。

Sendelta PSA unveiled its very‑first official flag.

School leaders solemnly handed over the flag symbolizing accountability to PSA President Zhang Liangchong and Executive President Huang Lixia. The waving flag marked the official launch of the new‑term PSA.

In his address, Principal Xu Shenggui praised past PSA cohorts for their talent, passion, resources and remarkable contributions. The growing PSA and memory albums embody warmth and unity. Joint home‑school efforts have driven steady, healthy school development. He expects the new PSA to focus more on teaching and academics, boost efficient home‑school dialogue and elevate home‑school partnerships.

A touching charity handover followed: at the Class of 2026 Graduate Donation Ceremony, graduate‑parent representatives Mr. Zhang Pengfei and Ms. Liang Ju transferred graduation‑season charity funds to the new PSA, passing on home‑school kindness.

“Even after our kids graduate, our bond with Sendelta persists. We will fully support the school whenever needed. We hope this goodwill can empower current and future students,” said Honorary President Zhang Pengfei.

His words resonated with veteran parent volunteers, giving tangible meaning to the motto: Once a Sendelta member, always a Sendelta member. Even after their children pursue further studies elsewhere, parents keep giving back to campus for younger students. This cross‑cohort warmth deeply touched everyone present.

务实与规范，赋能学生全面成长

张良崇会长就家委管理工作作出了清晰部署，黄丽霞执行会长同步落实。

例会制度：每月一次，保持常态化沟通。重点对接学校、后勤、科创，还有社团以及校园重大的节日活动，配合学校落地各类的校园活动。持续收集家长的诉求，理性建言献策，推动问题跟进的闭环。

财务公开：在全体成员的监督下，大会公示了家委财务情况：上一届结余款项已转至校家委秘书长处，本届新募集资金均将坚持公开透明、专款专用，并明确后续将制定标准化的资金审批流程，不仅为学校大型活动提供后勤保障，更将大力扶持如学生社团发展。

资源赋能：呼吁家长们挖掘自身行业资源，赋能“家长课堂”，把各方优势“托举”进校园。学校家委参与活动，家委不是旁观者，各学部将按节点认领志愿者与现场协助。

家委团建：10 月 24 日计划组织新一届家委**户外破冰团建，届时将由校领导及校家委带队，带领大家亲近自然，共叙情谊。

张会长表示，将与执行会长及校家委，服务各个学部家委。务实做事、正向沟通，全力配合学校服务全体孩子，让我们一起携手为孩子营造更好的学习环境。

PSA President Zhang Liangchong laid out clear management plans, to be implemented by Executive President Huang Lixia.

• Monthly Meetings: Regular monthly sessions to liaise with school administration, logistics, STEM programs, student clubs and major campus events. The PSA will collect parent feedback, offer rational suggestions and ensure closed‑loop follow‑up on concerns.

• Transparent Finances: Financial status was shared under full member oversight. Remaining funds from the previous term have been transferred to school‑level PSA secretaries. Newly‑raised funds will be managed openly for designated purposes. Standardized approval procedures will be rolled out to fund large‑scale campus events and support student‑club development.

• Resource Empowerment: Parents are encouraged to bring professional expertise to the Parent Lecture Series. PSA members take active volunteer and on‑site support roles rather than being mere observers; divisions will assign volunteer tasks on schedule.

• Team‑Building: The new PSA’s first outdoor bonding activity will take place on October 24, led by school leaders and PSA core members for relaxation and fellowship.

President Zhang noted that he, together with the Executive President and school‑level PSA, will serve divisional teams. Guided by pragmatism and positive communication, the PSA will fully cooperate with the school to serve all students and build a better learning environment.
