2026 ISL深圳国际学校体育联盟足球赛决赛场上，新哲文院对阵深国交——一场被雨水浸透的对决。

40分钟激战，1:0，新哲赢了。

终场哨响那一刻，小雨骤然化作倾盆暴雨，仿佛连天空都想加入这场沸腾的狂欢。

我们是**！

We Are the Champion!

从小组赛4场全胜出线，到淘汰赛稳扎稳打，再到决赛一球定乾坤——新哲足球校队，在10支来自深圳各国际学校的队伍中，以6场全胜战绩登顶！

这支**之师，由9至12年级的16位学生组成：有人已在队中征战四年，即将毕业；也有人刚入队一年，初露锋芒。

他们中有主心骨队长Charlie、沉稳如山的门将Henry，有攻防一体的Clyde和Theo，还有小组赛自摆乌龙、但在决赛中补射破门的Peter…….——正是这些勇敢、团结、各有所长的少年，拼出了最动人的胜利。

From sweeping all four group-stage matches, advancing steadily through the knockout rounds, to sealing victory with a single decisive goal in the final—Sendelta’s football team claimed the championship with a flawless six-win streak among ten top international school teams across Shenzhen.

This championship squad consists of 16 students from Grades 9 to 12. Some are four-year veteran players nearing graduation, while others are newly joined rookies rising fast to shine.

The team features steadfast captain Charlie, unshakable goalkeeper Henry, all-round dynamic players Clyde and Theo, as well as Peter, who bounced back from an own goal in the group stage to score the crucial follow-up goal in the final. United, courageous, and each bringing unique strengths, these young athletes fought together to earn this extraordinary victory.

“你们就是最强的”

“You are the best team.”

主教练Jason，一位刚毕业几年的年轻老师，从去年春季接手球队至今刚好一年。他说，他不止是“教踢球”，而是想“建一支有团魂的队伍”。

“我们一周四练，没比赛也练，有比赛更练。”“这次备赛特别强化体能，因为你要扛得住任何对手的强度。”

此外，为了这次联赛，Jason老师通过细致分析每位球员的特点来设置战术。他根据队员的速度、位置感和决策能力，设计了多套动态攻防体系，并在训练中反复打磨细节，确保每个人在场上都能发挥最大效能。

但他更在意的，是信任。“有人上场多，有人替补久，但没人抱怨，他们在场下喊得比谁都响。场上的队员哪怕一个眼神就能完成换位协防，逆境时互相拍肩打气——这种无需言语的默契，才是真正有‘魂’的团队。”

Jason老师自己踢了14年球，但当教练对他来说是全新的挑战。“我常告诉队员：你们彼此完全信任，就是最强的队伍。” 这是他从多年足球经历中凝练出的信念，并希望传递给每一位队员——“一支队伍的团结与彼此信任，远比任何复杂的战术都重要。”

“这次带他们打联赛让我再一次体会到信念的重要性：做一件事，事前一定要给自己足够的自信和积极的心理暗示，不怯场、不退缩，敢于边做边学、勇于承担责任。”

Leading the squad is Coach Jason, a young alumnus who graduated only a few years ago. He took over the team last spring, marking exactly one year at the helm. For him, coaching is never merely about teaching football skills, but about building a team with genuine spirit and solidarity.

“We train four times a week, consistently. We keep training even off-season, and train even harder when competitions approach,” Coach Jason shared.

During the ISL tournament preparation, he prioritized stamina training to equip players to withstand the intense physicality of every opponent. Beyond physical conditioning, Jason tailored tactics meticulously for every team member. 

Above all tactics and technique, he values trust above everything else. “Some players feature in every match, while others stay on the bench for most of the time, yet no one complains. Bench players cheer louder than anyone from the sidelines. On the pitch, players coordinate switches and defense with nothing but a glance, and lift each other up amid setbacks. This wordless chemistry is what defines a team with soul.”

A fourteen-year football player himself, Jason still faces brand-new challenges as a coach. “I always tell my players: mutual and complete trust makes an unbeatable team.” This core philosophy, forged through years of personal football experience, is what he strives to instill in every student-athlete.

“This league campaign reinforced my belief in perseverance and mindset. To achieve anything, one must stay confident and positive under pressure, step onto every pitch without fear, learn through experience, and always embrace responsibility.”

决赛下半场，Theo禁区外远射，对方门将脱手——Peter冲上前，一脚补射，空门得手。

“进球特别特别开心，更难忘的是队友们冲过来拥抱那一刻。”

他也坦然提起小组赛那粒乌龙球：“失误了就失误了，没人怪我。大家反而说‘没事，下一个球我们抢回来’。”

正是这种团结、只向前看的氛围，让这支队伍在压力下依然保持冷静，在逆境中依然彼此托底。

队长Charlie在赛后说：“回顾这六场比赛，我们场场都拼尽全力，认真对待每一个对手，积极拼抢每一个球权，全力完成每一次配合。这不只是一场**，更是我们四年坚持的回响。”

而Peter笑着放话：“我还有三年毕业，新哲足球队必须卫冕！我们要三连冠！”

“That winning goal came unexpectedly smoothly… yet what I will always remember is everyone’s shouts echoing in the rain.”

In the second half of the final, Theo struck a powerful long-range shot outside the penalty area. The opposing goalkeeper failed to secure the ball, and Peter rushed forward instantly to slot home the rebound into an open goal.

“Scoring felt incredible, but what stuck with me most was my teammates rushing over to embrace me the second the goal went in.”

Peter also spoke openly about his own group-stage own goal. “I made a mistake, but no one blamed me. Instead, my teammates told me, ‘It’s fine. We’ll get the next one back.’”

It is this forward-focused, united team culture that kept the squad calm under pressure and supportive of one another through every adversity.

Looking back on their unbeaten run, team captain Charlie shared after the match: “Across all six games, we gave it our all every single minute. We respected every opponent, chased every loose ball, and executed every teamwork play with full dedication. This championship is far more than a trophy—it is the reward for four years of consistent perseverance.”

With ambitious spirits, Peter smiled and set his sights on the future: “I still have three years left at school. Sendelta Football Team is determined to defend our title and chase a three-peat!”

足球教会我们的，从来不止是赢球

在新哲，体育不是选修课，而是人格教育的主战场。

汗水、泥泞、失误、绝杀、暴雨中的拥抱……

这些瞬间，锻造的不仅是脚法，更是抗压能力、责任感、同理心与集体荣誉感。

正如教练Jason所说：“足球从来不是一个人的运动。”从防守拼抢到反击配合，每一个赛场，都是关于信任、担当与成长的实践。

这次，这群少年用一枚**证明：
