三月暖阳正好，家校温情相聚，新哲文院25-26学年春季学期**次家委会议温馨举行。

In March, the first Parent Committee Meeting of Sendelta for the 2025-2026 spring semester was held.

张大钊校董带领教学、德育、活动、后勤等各部门核心负责人，与新哲本届校级家委代表们齐聚一堂，共话孩子成长，共商校园发展，一场满载诚意与温度的家校对话，在春日里缓缓拉开序幕。

Director Steven Zhang, together with core heads of Academic Office, Students Affairs, Students Activity Center, General Affairs Office and other departments, gathered with representatives of the school-level Parent Committee to discuss children's growth and the school's development.

从深度座谈到温馨午宴，再到新哲重磅项目揭牌，整场行程紧凑而充实，全程萦绕着信任、坦诚与默契，用“欢乐、高效、成就”三个词，定格了这场家校共建的美好瞬间。

From in-depth discussions and a warm lunch to the inauguration of Sendelta's key projects, the entire agenda was compact and fruitful.

双向奔赴：每一份心声，都被认真倾听

会议伊始，家校双方依次自我介绍，不少家委分享了选择新哲的初心，以及孩子在校的蜕变与成长，多位毕业生家委更是带来喜讯——孩子成功斩获梦校Offer，这份亮眼的升学成果，既是学校教学实力的见证，更是家校同心共育的**回报。

At the start of the meeting, both the school and parents introduced themselves in turn. Many parents shared their original intention of choosing Sendelta and their children's growth at school. Several parents of graduates also brought good news—their children had successfully received offers from their dream schools.

**的认可，是归来的热爱。上届家委会长黄丽霞女士携二宝重返新哲。从毕业到回归，这份信任感动满满，现场家委们掌声雷动，欢迎再次加入家委会！

The best recognition is the love of return. Ms. Huang, former chairperson of the Parent Committee, returned to Sendelta with her second child. Her trust was deeply touching!

家委是学校与家庭之间的坚实桥梁，家长关心的每一个问题，都是学校聚焦的重点。本次会议上，针对家长普遍关注的餐食品质、社团运营、学术备考三大核心问题，校方逐一回应、现场研讨，拿出切实可行的解决方案，用实际行动回应每一份期待。

The Parent Committee is a solid bridge between the school and families. Every question concerned by parents is the focus of the school. At this meeting, the school responded one by one, discussed on site, and put forward practical solutions to the three core issues generally concerned by parents: catering quality, club operation, and academic preparation for exams.

餐食升级：严把安全关，守护每一餐健康

为进一步提升餐厅服务体验，学校将甄选和升级相应食材，后续也将邀请家委代表参与现场品鉴体验，切实为孩子们的饮食健康与安全保驾护航。

社团赋能：长效机制，护航学生热爱

针对社团传承与运营的挑战，家校共同构思了可持续的支持方案。已为羽毛球校队提供专项经费。同时双方正探讨设立“社团运营资金池” ，并引入更专业的经费评审机制，培养学生项目管理与财务规划能力，让社团活力永续。

Club Empowerment: Establish long-term mechanisms to support students' passions.

学术护航：精细备考，助力升学圆梦

教学质量是学校的核心根基，针对AP、AL学部学子的标化备考与大考冲刺，学校制定了周密的备考计划：从晚自习专项加课、多轮模考演练，到分学科精准复习、全程跟踪刷题进度与正确率，每一步都扎实推进。在刚刚结束的AP一模中，多门科目的高分率已超越全球平均水平，成果初显。AL学部也已进入全面冲刺阶段，学校全程保驾护航，助力每一位学子冲刺理想院校。

共谋未来：家校共建，擘画成长新蓝图

张大钊校董现场发言，由衷感谢各位家委的信任与付出，他提到，新哲2026届升学成绩领跑大湾区，这份成绩离不开家校携手共建，未来学校将始终持续提升，全力落实各项提升举措，真正实现家校共建、家校共创、家校共育。

Director Steven Zhang delivered a speech on site, sincerely thanking all parents for their trust and efforts. He stated that the school will continue to improve and fully implement various enhancement measures in the future.

双方共同研讨了本学期家委发展规划，敲定多项落地举措：

Both sides jointly discussed the Parent Committee's development plan for this semester and finalized a number of practical measures:

1. 组织精细化：将按学部（国际初中、AP高中、A-Level高中、雅博学院、艺体中心）组建家委，使沟通与服务更精准。

1. Refined Organization: Establish Parent Committees by academic departments to make communication and services more precise.

2. 课堂拓视野：本学期“家长大讲堂”开设，聚焦AI工具应用、新能源产业、全球物流等前沿领域，由业内家长专家领衔，开阔学生视野。安全培训课程也将持续开展。

2. Broaden Horizons in Class: Launch the "Parent Lecture Series" this semester. Safety training courses will also continue to be carried out.

3. 活动聚情谊：将筹建家委“星空合唱团”与“青藤高尔夫俱乐部”，在合作之余，丰富家委们的业余生活，凝聚情感。

3. Activities to Strengthen Friendship: Plan to set up a Parent "Choir" and "Golf Club".

4. 全球校友联纽带：计划在15周年校庆日揭牌成立“新哲全球校友会”，搭建毕业生与母校的**桥梁，已有毕业生家委慷慨捐赠，支持启航。

4. Global Alumni Link: Plan to inaugurate the "Sendelta Global Alumni Association" on the 15th anniversary of the school.

会长寄语：同心同行，共护少年向阳生长

会议尾声，家委会长张良崇做总结发言：

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhang, chairperson of the Parent Committee, made a concluding speech:

“非常感谢学校的用心安排，从细致的座谈交流，到温馨的午宴款待，再到加州大学戴维斯项目的重磅揭牌，让我们真切感受到学校对家委的重视，以及对每一位孩子的用心栽培。今天的会议坦诚又高效，这份双向的信任与默契，让我们格外动容。

"We are very grateful for the school's thoughtful arrangements, which make us truly feel the school's attention to the Parent Committee and its careful cultivation of every child."

作为家委，我们深知肩上的责任，未来我们会继续当好家校沟通的桥梁，和学校同心同向、并肩同行。也相信在新哲的悉心培育和家校携手守护下，每一位孩子都能在这里绽放光芒，收获属于自己的精彩未来，愿我们始终相伴，共赴孩子成长路上的每一段美好征程！”

"As members of the Parent Committee, we are well aware of our responsibilities. In the future, we will continue to serve as a bridge between the school and families, and work side by side with the school with the same goal."

春风有信，共育有时。一场家委会，是沟通的契机，更是信任的延续。新哲文院始终坚信，**的教育，是家校同频、彼此成就，未来我们将继续携起手来，用爱与责任，守护每一位少年向阳生长，共筑更温暖、更优质的成长家园。

The Parent Committee is not only an opportunity for communication, but also a continuation of trust. Sendelta has always believed that the best education is the same frequency and mutual achievement of home and school. In the future, we will continue to work together to protect the healthy growth of every  student.
