在新哲文院的校园里，有这样一个社团，它将“星星的孩子”与银发长辈的世界相连，用行动诠释着少年的责任与担当。这就是公益社团——星与银龄社（Stars with Silver Years），一个在温暖中生长、在坚持中闪光的团队。

There is a club that connects the worlds of "children of the stars" (autistic children) and silver-haired elders, interpreting the responsibility and courage of young people through actions. This is the public welfare club — Stars with Silver Years, a team that grows in warmth and shines through perseverance.

星与银龄的诞生，源于两份公益情怀的美好交汇。2024年，专注于关怀自闭症儿童的“星与心行”社团，与服务多元群体的“Social Volunteer 志愿者社”正式合并。只因怀有同样的初心——以真诚与行动帮助残障与困境群体，这份共鸣让两个社团融合为更有力量的整体，为更多需要温暖的人伸出双手。

The establishment of Stars with Silver Years stems from the beautiful convergence of two public welfare passions. In 2024, "Stars with Hearts" — a club dedicated to caring for autistic children — officially merged with the "Social Volunteer Club", which serves diverse groups. Bound by the same original aspiration — to help disabled and disadvantaged groups with sincerity and actions — this shared vision united the two clubs into a more powerful entity, extending a helping hand to more people in need of warmth.

如今，这个温暖的大家庭已汇聚近三十名成员。这里没有严苛的门槛，唯有一份关于热爱与善意的邀请。每一份心意都被珍视，每一个声音都能被听见。包容的氛围让公益不再是单向付出，更成为双向成长的旅程。

Today, this warm big family has gathered nearly 30 members. There are no harsh entry barriers here, only an invitation rooted in passion and kindness. Every sincere intention is cherished, and every voice is heard. The inclusive atmosphere turns public welfare from a one-way dedication into a journey of mutual growth.

星与银龄社始终鼓励每位成员成为公益的“主角”。社员们不仅是参与者，更是公益行动的发起者和践行者，在实践中学着思考、懂得担当。

Stars with Silver Years has always encouraged every member to be the "protagonist" of public welfare. Members are not only participants, but also initiators and practitioners of public welfare activities, learning to think and understand responsibility through practice.

社团采用多元分工、协作共进的管理模式。除社长、副社长外，还设有资金管理、考勤监督、社交媒体运营等职能岗位，各司其职又相互配合。特别设立的考勤岗位，也反映出社团对活动质量与成员参与实效的重视，确保每次行动落到实处、发挥实效。

The club adopts a management model of diversified division of labor and collaborative progress. In addition to the president and vice president, there are functional positions such as fund management, attendance supervision, and social media operation, where each position performs its own duties while cooperating with one another. The specially established attendance position also reflects the club's emphasis on activity quality and members' participation effectiveness, ensuring every action is implemented effectively and delivers real results.

星与银龄的温暖，藏在每一次具体的行动中。每周四晚自习的第一节课，是社员们雷打不动的相聚时光。大家围坐在一起讨论活动构思、制定执行计划，在交流中逐渐凝聚起前行之力。

The warmth of Stars with Silver Years lies in every specific action. The first period of evening self-study every Thursday is the fixed gathering time for members. Everyone sits around to discuss activity ideas and formulate implementation plans, gradually gathering the strength to move forward through communication.

社团举办过一场场咖啡义卖，将所得善款化作书籍与物资，递到需要的人手中；与守望协会保持长期合作，每周持续开展志愿服务；同时也常常走进养老院，陪长辈们哼唱老歌、玩趣味游戏——他们脸上舒展的笑容，让大家更加读懂陪伴的意义。

We have held many coffee charity sales, turning the proceeds into books and supplies to hand over to those in need; we maintain long-term cooperation with the Shouwang Association and carry out volunteer services every week; we also often go to nursing homes to hum old songs and play fun games with the elders — the relaxed smiles on their faces make us better understand the meaning of companionship.

在校园内的Imart活动中，社团售卖的周边产品，均由心智障碍人士的画作衍生制作而成。每一件都凝聚着满满的认真与热爱。而卖出的所有收入，皆全额用于支持心智障碍者家庭。

The stall of "Stars with Silver Years" at the Imart activity warms people's hearts: the peripheral products sold by the clubs are all derived from the artwork of individuals with intellectual disabilities. All the income from sales will be fully used to support families of people with intellectual disabilities.

而一年一度的“Inspire Me”活动，则是社团最具代表性的品牌项目。这项联合多所国际学校开展的公益活动，专门邀请自闭症人士家庭共同参与，通过游戏、表演等互动形式，搭建起一座理解和陪伴的桥梁。在活动筹备阶段，社员们主动参与线上志愿者培训，系统学习与心智障碍儿童的沟通技巧；他们还携手校内心理社、Burning Vocal 声乐社等优秀社团，共同策划内容、组织执行，用爱心与行动为“星星的孩子”点亮一片温暖的光。这不仅让特殊群体被看见、被理解，也展现出新哲社团跨领域协作的社会担当与人文关怀。

The annual "Inspire Me" activity is the club's most representative brand project. This public welfare activity co-hosted with multiple international schools specially invites autistic families to participate, building a bridge of understanding and companionship through interactive forms such as games and performances. During the preparation stage, members actively participate in online volunteer training to systematically learn communication skills with children with intellectual disabilities; they also cooperate with excellent on-campus clubs such as the Psychology Club and Burning Vocal Studio to jointly plan content and organize implementation, lighting a warm light for the "children of the stars" with love and actions. This not only makes special groups seen and understood, but also shows the social responsibility and humanistic care of Sendelta's cross-field club cooperation.

为了更好地帮助“星星的孩子”，星与银龄社还主动邀请外校学生、自闭症儿童家长以及公益组织工作者来社分享，聆听真实故事，吸收专业经验，让大家的行动更有方向、也更有温度。

To better help the "children of the stars", Stars with Silver Years also takes the initiative to invite students from other schools, parents of autistic children and public welfare organization workers to share in the club. By listening to real stories and absorbing professional experience, our actions become more purposeful and warm.
