升旗仪式后，新哲文院执行校长许盛贵先生发表新学期致辞。他以 “为成长创造良好环境” 为主题，强调在深圳信息化、科技高速发展的时代背景下，构建优质的成长环境尤为重要。

Principal Xu delivered a new semester address themed "Creating a Sound Environment for Growth". He emphasized that in the context of Shenzhen's rapid informatization and technological development, building a high-quality growth environment is particularly crucial.

许校呼吁师生重新认识自我，明确个人定位、优势与提升方向；其次，正确认识他人，了解同伴的目标、特长与不足，在相处中提升认知、和谐共处；同时关注社会环境变化，知晓法律规则与责任界限，为个人与社会的长远发展共同努力。
