中餐厅
一口入魂的家乡味,从早到晚暖到心
清晨7点,当第一缕阳光爬上餐桌,中餐厅的香气已悄悄漫出窗口。这里的营业时间贴心对接大家的作息: The Chinese Restaurant opens at 7 a.m. 早餐Breakfast:7:00-7:50 午餐Lunch:11:30-13:00 晚餐Dinner:17:00-18:00 夜宵Midnight Snack:21:30-22:15 周日Sunday:17:30-18:30 推开中餐厅的门,暖黄灯光洒满锃亮的餐桌,干净的地板能映出窗外的绿植。整洁明亮的环境,最能唤醒食欲。 Warm yellow lights, clean tables/floors, bright and tidy to boost appetite.

作为国际学校的“隐藏彩蛋”,西餐厅惊喜满满。想尝尝美式汉堡的多汁、意式披萨的拉丝、墨西哥卷饼的鲜香?新哲西餐厅随时为你打开世界美食地图。 Sendelta Western Restaurant opens up a world of culinary delights for you, full of surprises. 午餐Lunch:11:45-14:00 晚餐Dinner:16:00-18:00 周日Sunday:17:00-18:30 西餐厅自带“氛围感滤镜”:简洁的线条勾勒出舒适空间,沙发座软得让人想多待一会儿,墙上点缀的异域装饰悄悄诉说着远方故事。空气中飘着咖啡的醇厚与烘焙面包的香甜,仿佛瞬间穿越到异国街头。 Minimalist lines, cozy space, soft sofas, with aroma of coffee and baked bread.
经典款从不缺席:汉堡肉饼多汁,披萨芝士能拉半米长,意面裹着浓郁酱汁,牛扒、鸡扒外焦里嫩;还有焗饭的绵密、墨西哥卷饼的清爽,搭配现磨咖啡或鲜榨果汁,学习累了来一份,元气立刻满格!

"Safety Code":4 Layers of Protection
更严格的是,每一批肉、菜、米、油入校前,都要出示“体检报告”:肉类带动物检疫证明,蔬菜附农药残留检测报告,工作人员会一一查验,只有合格的食材才能进入仓库。
Every batch of meat, veggies, rice and oil has a "quality report" before entering campus.
食堂还有完善的台账(采购记录),会如实记录产品名称、规格、数量、生产批号、保质期、供货者名称及联系方式、进货日期等信息,相关清单或票据保留不少于2年。
Detailed purchase records (product name, quantity, shelf life, supplier info, etc.) are kept for at least 2 years. Full Transparency: Kitchen Under "Lenses" 后厨工作人员“全副武装”:身着洁白工作服,佩戴帽子、口罩,洗菜时严格区分荤素水池,切配时生熟砧板绝不混用,烹饪时精准把控火候与时间。 Staff wear clean uniforms, hats and masks. Separate sinks for meat/veggies, and cutting boards for raw/cooked food. 更安心的是,厨房严格按照4D、5S管理,每一个角落都有监控摄像头,从食材处理到菜品出锅,全过程清晰可追溯,确保干净卫生。 Every corner of the kitchen is monitored – the whole process from ingredient handling to dish serving is traceable.
Internal & External Supervision
餐厅的“幕后团队”都是行家:专业厨师掌勺保证口感,公共营养师根据青少年需求搭配每日菜单,食品安全管理员全程监督流程规范。 Internal: Top chefs for taste, dietitians for balanced menus, food safety managers for process supervision. 后厨布局清晰:加工区、备餐间、清洗间、留样区划分明确,生熟食材“各走各道”,温湿度也严格控制,确保食材新鲜。 Clear zones (processing, serving, cleaning, sample storage)
而且食堂的管理从不是“自说自话”——市场监督管理局的突击检查,带着专业标尺细查每一处细节;家委代表的不定期探访,用家长视角把关每一环节。内部严格管控与外部多元监督形成的双重保险,让食材验收、操作流程、环境卫生等每一个环节都敞亮透明。

Meal Sampling: "Insurance" for Every Bite
食堂里有个特殊的冰箱——专门用来存放每餐的菜品留样。每道菜都会被细心装盒,标注日期和餐次,按标准冷藏存放48小时以上,每个品种留样不少于 125g。万一有任何疑问,这些留样就是最直接的“证据”,为食品安全再加一道锁。 A special fridge stores meal samples – each dish is sealed, labeled with date/meal time, and kept refrigerated for over 48 hours (≥125g per sample). Samples serve as evidence if needed.
